I often resist talking about money when it comes to speaking. I just don’t want to send the wrong signal. You see, if money is the only motivation that brings us to speaking, we are doomed to fail.

There’s no doubt that there is a lot of money to be made. I’m making a of of money as a motivational speaker. But my primary motive is to make an impact.

If you set out to make an impact, the money will follow. Any speaker that is not making money is not making an impact. You should think, night and day, how you can make an impact.

You want to touch people at their core. You want to do something that commands the attention of your market. Do you see what I mean?

Great! Now the question is, “what can I do to create a stir and make an impact?” Once you find the answer to that question, the money will show up.

The reason I keep getting bookings is because I’m impacting lives. Every time I speak, members of the audience go out and tell others. As a result, I get more bookings and sell more product.
